    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache

  • FACE COVERING REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER AND REMAIN ON PREMISES. All persons over the age of ten (10), including employees, customers (“Patrons”), visitors, invitees and contractors, who enter this business must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth. Face coverings may include masks, scarves, bandanas, or a handkerchief.
    • The requirement of a face covering DOES NOT apply when an individual is trying out musical instruments, consuming a food or beverage, or receiving a service where the wearing of a mask would impair the performance of the service.
    • The requirement of a face covering does not apply if covering the nose and mouth poses a significant mental or physical health risk to the individual.

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS. Even with the use of appropriate face coverings, individuals should maintain six feet of social distancing whenever possible.
    • For instrument and mouthpiece trials we request all patrons to schedule an appointment in advance so that we can reserve a private room for you. Patrons may also wait in their cars for a private room to become available.
    • “While you wait” repairs have been suspended until further notice. We ask all repair patrons to call to schedule an appointment to drop off their instruments at (817) 993-6400 ex 2.
    • Employees should not work within six (6) feet of one another, except to the extent necessary to provide services.
    • Patrons should maintain six (6) feet of separation from other individuals outside their household, to the extent feasible when inside the business premises.
    • Patrons of the business queuing or waiting inside or on the premises of the business must maintain six (6) feet of separation from other individuals outside their household.
    • We are only scheduling one sales appointment at a time, with at least 15 minutes of padding between each appointment. If patrons arrive early, we request that they wait in their cars until their scheduled appointment time.
    • A few patrons at a time may shop the accessories section in our lobby. We ask for your patience if we must require you to wait outside until the lobby becomes available.
    • One patron at a time may speak with a repair technician about a repair. Other repair customers will be asked to wait outside until they are done.

  • CLEANING
    • All instruments that have been played will be completely disinfected after each customer. Once you have tried an instrument, we will ask you to set it in the corner.
    • We will disinfect frequently used surfaces such as doorknobs and credit card machines between each customer, a minimum of three times a day.

  • Patrons who do not wear a face covering will be asked to leave the premises and will not be provided goods or services until the face covering requirements are followed.

  • NOTICE AND SIGNAGE. Notice of this Health and Safety Policy will be posted in a conspicuous location inside the business.
