Returns are permitted upon approval within 7 days of merchandise receipt. The buyer must contact Houghton Horns by email, via the contact form on the website, or via phone at (817) 993-6400 x1 to obtain approval. Houghton Horns cannot accept a return if it is damaged or shows wear. Refunds are given in the amount of the purchase price and any sales tax paid. No refunds can be given for shipping/freight charges. If the free shipping option was selected, Houghton Horns’ shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and applicable shipping insurance fees. No returns are offered for orders placed or shipped outside of the United States.
