The S.E. Shires TBSCA Custom tenor trombone combines a clear, rich sound with quick response and strong projection. Its lightweight yellow-brass bell uses the TI taper to balance tonal density with a centered feel and expressive flexibility.

The axial-flow F attachment provides a broad response and open low register. A standard-weight yellow-brass handslide with nickel-silver wide crook complements the bell with clarity and definition.
