When will my order ship?

In-Stock Items

Standard Shipping. If your item is in stock and you selected free shipping or a standard ground shipping service, we will ship it within 1–3 business days.

Expedited (Rush) Shipping. If your item is in stock and you selected an expedited shipping service, we will ship it within 1 business day.

At checkout you can see typical transit times to your location.

Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Special Orders

For pre-orders, backorders, and special orders, the ship date depends on the manufacturer's production and delivery schedule, international transit, and supply chain conditions. The estimates below are rough guides only — we cannot guarantee any specific ship or delivery date.

BAGS of Spain: 8-16 weeks

Engelbert Schmid: 2-4 months

Ergobrass: 6 weeks

Gard: 8 months

Greg Black: 6-12 weeks

Houghton Horns mouthpieces: 2-3 months

Hetman: Due to supply chain issues, that is uncertain. We recommend you contact us to arrange an exchange to Meinlschmidt lubricants if you want something quickly.

Laskey: 1-2 months for silver plate, 4-6 months for gold plate

Leather Specialties: 2 months

Marcus Bonna: 5-6 months

Pickett: 6-8 weeks if made to order

RGC: 6 weeks

Ricco Kühn: 2-3 months

S.E. Shires Q series instruments: Arrive in about two months.

S.E. Shires Custom series instruments: May take up to 20 months if we have to start the order from scratch, but usually we have an existing stock order we can modify to get you a Custom trombone in about 4 months.

Schilke mouthpieces: 2-4 weeks for silver plate, 8-12 weeks for gold plate

Schilke instruments: New orders take 12 months, but we can often adapt an existing stock order to get the instrument to you in about 6 months.

Sheet music: 2 weeks for most titles, although if the music needs to be imported or reprinted it might take longer.

Soft Stands: 4 weeks

Thein: 3-4 months

Verus horns: 1-4 months

Verus hand guards: 3 business days

Verus mouthpieces: 8-10 weeks

Wiseman: Experiencing delays. We will ship as soon as possible.

Yamaha: 4 months for most student models. 12-16 months for some professional models.
