• One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.
• The competing quote must be on the retailer’s website or otherwise advertised publicly.
• The other retailer must have the product in stock.
• For products listed on online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) it must be listed as being sold by the marketplace directly (“Ships from and sold by Amazon” NOT “Fulfilled by Amazon”).
• New products only, no pre-owned, demo, B-stock, open-box, etc.
• Since Houghton Horns offers free shipping on most products, the price of the product + shipping on competing offers will be considered.
• Written quotes must include the cost of shipping or clearly state “Free Shipping”.
• Competing quotes must be from retailers who are authorized dealers of the relevant product.
• Only quotes from dealers based in the USA will be considered.
• Must be identical to the competitor’s product.

• Special daily or hourly sales
• Items for sale the Friday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving
• Pricing only available to select groups of customers
• Rent/lease to own items
• Liquidation offers
• Trade-in offers
• Any financing offers
• Bundle offers and items included in bundle offers
• Free items
• Pricing errors
• Mail-in offers
• Coupon offers
• Items that are advertised as limited quantity
• Clearance items
• Credit card offers
• Gift card offers and items included in gift card offers
