Most products have a 30-day return policy that starts on the day the customer receives the item (15 days for pre-owned instruments). The customer is responsible for the cost of initial and return shipping. There will be a $5 cleaning fee for returned mouthpieces and a $50 cleaning fee for returned instruments.
Some product categories are ineligible for return, which include special orders, sheet music, consumables such as lubricants or cleaning snakes, and personal items such as clothing or face masks.
For non-US customers, shipping, taxes, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable. In addition, if Houghton Horns is charged any taxes, custom fees, or duties for the return for any reason, these will be deducted from the refund as well.
