With ERGObrass support, the only task remaining for the hands is to balance the instrument and keep the mouthpiece in the right place and angle for each situation, and then your fingers stay relaxed on the valve triggers. With the weight of the instrument taken off the body, the player's touch and feel for playing are improved and stresses are reduced.

The French horn model is available in two configurations:

  • Attaching Plate A, designed for Alexander 1103, most Hoyers, Paxmans, Schmids, and similarly structured horns.
  • Attaching Plate B, designed for Alexander 103, most Holtons, Conns, and similarly structured horns.

Please contact us at sales@houghtonhorns.com if you are unsure which plate your horn needs.

If you would like to rest your instrument on the ground, we recommend the optional ERGObrass telescoping extension support rod.
