Finke Legacy Double Horn

A Geyer-style professional model double French horn in F/Bb.

The Legacy is the first traditionally wrapped Geyer-style horn from Finke. It sports a medium yellow brass bell, corrosion-resistant gold brass lead-pipe, and combines the best features of the original Geyer instruments: warm, colorful sound, even timbre throughout the registers, smooth slurs, and an open feel.

German Engineering

All Finke Horns are manufactured and assembled to exact specifications on-site at the Finke workshop in Vlotho, Germany. Founded by Helmut Finke in the 1950s, the company has a rich tradition of manufacturing excellence. 

The Finke Legacy in Gold Brass offers the same specifications as the standard Finke Legacy, with one key difference: Gold Brass construction. Gold brass has darker tone than yellow brass due to the increased amount of copper within the alloy.
