Audio and Video Recording Services
Professional audio and video recording in a 2,035 sq. ft. concert hall — with a Hamburg Steinway, Allen & Heath console, Neumann microphones, and an optional on-site engineer. Hall rental starts at $95/hour.
Most recording studios are built around isolation and control. Our auditorium is built around acoustic performance — the natural room sound of a purpose-built concert space, not a treated box. If you want your recording to sound like a live performance, this is where you do it.
All recording sessions begin with hall rental at $95/hour. From there, add the equipment you need: fixed stereo recording, portable cameras, additional microphones, a professional engineer, or the full suite. Everything is billed by the hour for the duration of your session.
All recording sessions begin with hall rental, which includes seating, professional LED stage lighting, an assigned monitor, and access to the hall's fixed infrastructure. Recording equipment is added on top of the base rate.
What Hall Rental Includes
The $95/hour base rate covers the hall itself: 2,035 sq. ft. of professional performance space, professional LED stage lighting, fixed microphone mounts and cable runs, DAW access for connected recording equipment, and an assigned monitor for the duration of your session. All add-ons below are billed in addition to the base rate.
All recording equipment is billed hourly for the full session duration. Additional microphones include stands, cables, and DAW access.

Not necessarily. For sessions using only the fixed Neumann stereo pair, the setup is straightforward and does not require an engineer. For sessions with multiple microphones, portable cameras, or more complex routing, an engineer is strongly recommended. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you assess what your session actually needs.
Yes, subject to prior approval. Contact us before your session to discuss what you're bringing and how it will interface with our infrastructure. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all external gear.
The piano is regularly maintained, but for recording use we recommend scheduling a fresh tuning at $250. This can be arranged as part of your booking. Let us know in advance so we can schedule the tuner before your session begins.
After 5 PM weekdays, after 5 PM Saturdays, and all day Sundays. All-day recording sessions on Sundays are ideal for extended projects. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking to hold your date.
Yes. The hall is equipped with monitoring capability so you can review recordings during breaks. If real-time monitoring during takes is required, an engineer is strongly recommended to manage the monitoring mix.
