Hall Rentals
A 2,035 sq. ft. professional performance space featuring a concert-grade Hamburg Steinway, LED stage lighting, and professional recording capabilities.
This is a stage-centered performance space — designed for recitals, chamber concerts, masterclasses, lectures, auditions, and clinics. Not suited for weddings, parties, or social gatherings. Two-hour minimum applies to all bookings.
Houghton Horns has spent decades working with professional musicians. Our auditorium reflects that same standard: a Hamburg Steinway Model O, professional LED lighting, high-end recording microphones, and a knowledgeable staff that understands how performers work.
Includes seating, professional LED stage lighting, and an assigned monitor. Choose your configuration based on audience size and event type.

Multi-Mic & Camera Discount
Rent two or more microphones and/or cameras and receive 20% off all mic and camera add-ons for that session.
Extended Session Discount
Book 4 or more hours and receive 20% off your entire booking — hall, piano, PA, audio and video recording, and additional equipment. Engineering services excluded.
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required within 7 days of booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on or before your event date.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the total hall rental fee, in addition to the forfeited deposit.
Rental Clock
Your billed time begins the moment you arrive to access the space and includes all load-in, setup, the event itself, and load-out.
Availability & Parking
Available after 5 PM weekdays, after 5 PM Saturdays, and all day Sundays. Ample street parking surrounds the store.
Houghton Horns is an active music store. Store inventory is present in the hall unless the full-clear configuration has been arranged. This inventory is strictly off-limits to renters, performers, and all guests — no exceptions. Under no circumstances should anyone other than your assigned monitor handle, move, play, or interact with any store inventory. Direct all repositioning requests to your monitor.
No food or beverages are permitted inside the hall, with the exception of bottled water. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
Alcohol, tobacco products, cannabis, and all related paraphernalia are strictly prohibited on the Houghton Horns property at all times, without exception.
A credit card is required on file at the time of booking. Renters are responsible for any damage to the hall, its equipment, or store inventory caused by themselves, their performers, or their guests. Damages will be charged to the card on file.
