Here's how it works:

1. Build a 3D model of your case here.
2. Hit Save when you are done and it will give you a model number.
3. Email us that model number. If you want a case in solid nylon, leather, or crocodile-style leather, pay for it on this page. If you want any customization options such as a mixture of leather and nylon, a carbon fiber shell, wheels, etc. please include that information in your email and we can send you a custom invoice.
4. We will send your custom design to Marcus Bonna.
5. Delivery will take approximately 4-6 months.

The MB-5 Flex is the latest variation on the extremely popular MB-5 line. It is approximately one inch larger than the MB-5 Baby cases so that it fits nearly any horn, including Yamahas. But it is still compact and airline-friendly. And with the entire horn surrounded with a hard fiberglass shell, it is prepared for whatever bumps it may encounter on the road.

Marcus Bonna conducted extensive research on larger horns when designing the Flex case, so it even fits wide-bodied Hoyer G10s, taller-bell Yamahas, and many triple horns! Pictured: a Hoyer G10 fits perfectly! But please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions about the fit.

Most new instruments and accessories over $75 are eligible for free shipping to the continental US.

Most products sold in the United States receive a 15-day return policy that starts on the day the customer receives their order. The customer is responsible for the cost of initial and return shipping, except in the case of new French horns, trumpets, and trombones, which will receive free return shipping from 48 US states. There will be a $5 cleaning fee for each returned mouthpiece.

Some product categories are ineligible for return, which include special orders, sheet music, consumables such as lubricants or cleaning snakes, and personal items such as clothing or face masks.

Unfortunately, as of May 12, 2025, we can no longer offer returns, exchanges, or refunds to international customers due to the tariff situation. We hope to restore international returns soon.
